ABOUT ORGANIC BIO BEAST

In the last year, my outlook on health and wellness underwent a significant transformation. Having worked as a special education teacher for eight years, I had developed less-than-ideal coping mechanisms to manage stress. While I did make occasional visits to the gym, I found it challenging to consistently maintain a healthy lifestyle, that also included nutrition, sleep, and daily physical activity.

I saw a video on Instagram promoting the benefits of animal based diet that intrigued me. I did extensive research and was convinced to give it a try. I am now fully committed to the animal based lifestyle and have seen such amazing benefits, I want to share what I've learned in my journey - organic eating, benefits of eating grass-fed, grass-finished meats, biohacks, and more!
